Schwartz Rounds program is a multidisciplinary forum focused on the discussion of social and emotional issues that arise in caring for patients.
The program is meant to foster and support empathy, collaboration and compassion for self and others in a safe, judgement-free environment.
Starting July 9th, our facilitators at Louis Brier will undergo training to support staff effectively.
