Research Opportunity with Nestlab

Dear Residents, Families, and Staff,

We are excited to extend an invitation to a unique research opportunity by Nestlab (UBC) focused on exploring the impact of social robots on individuals living with dementia.

Nestlab is seeking your valuable insights and perspectives on how social robots might influence the lives of those affected by dementia. No prior experience with robots is necessary to participate. This is open to people living with dementia, healthcare providers, and care partners to someone with live experience of dementia.

We invite you to join for a 1-hour workshop on April 11th from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, which will be held in the Louis Brier Boardroom.

To learn more about this research opportunity and what’s involved, we encourage you to meet with Nestlab researchers on April 4th from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. You can join us either in person at the Louis Brier Boardroom or virtually via Zoom.

Please see the attached PDF for the QR code, or refer to the photo below to scan and join the Zoom session.

Your participation in this workshop could make a significant difference in shaping future research and interventions for individuals living with dementia. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate and learn from your insights.
