On January 20th, we had the pleasure of having Dr. Naz (Farinaz) Havaei, Ph.D., RN, MERM, Assistant Professor, School of Nursing, UBC shared with us a brief of the findings from a survey taken in 2020 during the pandemic. This study was the core for recommendations which would later be shared with the Ministry of Health, VCH, and other seniors advocate groups with the hopes that our system can respond with improvements going forward.
