We are pleased to announce that the LBHH&WR Recognition Awards will take place again this year, on December 6, 2022! The Nomination Period is happening now until October 31st, 2022. Everyone is encouraged to participate and nominate someone who is outstanding in their role!
Now on it’s 4th year, the Recognition Awards Program continues to get better with age and through feedback. This year we’ve included an 8th awards category – Resident’s Choice (Nominated by Residents and Resident Council).
We’ve also made substantial changes to the selection process and are now including the Management Team as the awards selection committee. Importantly, nominations will be anonymized and then confidentially rated on five criteria in order to increase fairness while degreasing perceived bias and favouritism.
The Staff Recognition and Social Event Committee is excited to host the Recognition Awards and Long Service Event again this year and is encouraging everyone to read the Nomination Guidelines before submitting. Nominations are FREE however only the highest rated will turn into Recognition Awards!
