Resident & Family Satisfaction Survey 2026

Dear Families,

As part of our ongoing commitment to accreditation and continuous quality improvement, Louis Brier will be conducting a Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the experiences of our residents and their family members, and to ensure that the care and services we provide continue to reflect your needs, priorities, and expectations. We have conducted similar surveys in the past, including the Resident & Family Satisfaction Survey in 2019 and the Office of the Seniors Advocate Long-Term Care Survey in 2022–2023. The feedback received through these surveys provided valuable insight into our strengths and areas for improvement.

As our community continues to evolve, it is important that the feedback we receive reflects current experiences. We are therefore kindly asking for your support in completing this survey and sharing your perspective on your loved one’s care.

Please note that all survey responses must be submitted by Friday, February 6th.

If you require assistance or experience any difficulty accessing the survey, we will be hosting three in-person support sessions at Louis Brier. Families are welcome to come onsite and complete the survey with support from our team in the Kosher Café (Lobby) on the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, February 2nd – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

  • Wednesday, February 3rd – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

  • Thursday, February 4th – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
