Dining Experience Quality Monitoring

Dear residents and families,

We would like to inform you that members of the Senior Leadership Team and our departmental managers will be conducting food tastings in the Louis Brier Dining Room a couple of times a week. These tastings are part of our regular quality assurance audits to ensure that meals continue to meet our standards for nutrition, taste and overall dining experience.

Please be assured that this process will not interrupt regular meal service for residents.
