Louis Brier Home and Hospital and Weinberg Residence Named 2025 Canadian Nonprofit Employer of Choice™, Six Consecutive Years of National Recognition
Louis Brier Home and Hospital and Weinberg Residence are honored to announce that we have once again been recognized as a 2025 Canadian Nonprofit Employer of Choice™ (NEOC) Award recipient, achieving distinction as a 5+ Year Winner in this year’s national announcement. This marks the sixth consecutive year our organization has received this respected national recognition.
The Canadian Nonprofit Employer of Choice™ Award is granted to organizations that demonstrate sustained excellence in leadership, workplace culture, and employee engagement. Recipients must successfully complete a comprehensive Organizational Profile alongside an independent Employee Commitment Survey and achieve a minimum overall score of 75%. This year, Louis Brier Home and Hospital and Weinberg Residence achieved an outstanding score of 82%, reflecting the strength, stability, and integrity of the culture we have built together.
This announcement was shared by Loren Tisdelle, Director of Human Resources, during today’s LouisBrierLIFE Day celebrations.
