At Louis Brier Home & Hospital, we take the process of ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment very seriously.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards, we conduct thorough background checks on all our applicants. This helps us make informed decisions and ensures that we have a team of individuals who can contribute positively to our community.

After providing your information in Step 1, we kindly request that you provide us with two character references who are not family members or friends in Step 2. These references will play a crucial role in helping us better understand your character, work ethic, and personal qualities.

Your references can be individuals such as:
1. Current or previous employer or supervisor
2. Teacher or professor
3. Minister or spiritual leader
4. Coach or mentor
5. Community leader or volunteer coordinator

After completing Step 2 and Step 3, it is IMPORTANT to have the Criminal Record Check (CRC) checked. Please do the following:

2. To finish your CRC application, you must have the BC Service App downloaded on your smartphone for identification check.P
