TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the JEWISH HOME FOR THE AGED OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (operating as Louis Brier Home & Hospital) will be held as follows:

Purpose of the Meeting:
- To consider and receive the financial statements and the report of the auditor for the past fiscal year.
- To receive the report of the Directors.
- To receive the report of the Chief Executive Officer.
- To consider and, if thought fit, approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
- To appoint an auditor to hold office until the close of the next Annual General Meeting.
- To receive the report of the Nominating Committee under by-law 45(c) and to elect directors.
- To set membership dues for the next fiscal year.
- To transact such further or other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Note:
The by-laws provide that only members in good standing present at a meeting of the Society are entitled to vote on his/her own behalf.
