Song Exchange Collaboration Project with The Israeli Medical Center for Alzheimer’s

In the last 6 months, Music Therapists, Jessica Shen and Lior Lev-Meir from The Israeli Medical Center for Alzheimer’s has been working on a Song Exchange Collaboration Project. The purpose of this project is to exchange songs with national and cultural meaning so each group will learn the song and to connect through discussion on the theme of cultural differences and cultural identity. The song exchange for Louis Brier was “Lach Yerushalayim.” Louis Brier Residents spent six weeks learning the song and recorded the singing and presented it to Lior Lev-Meir and her group.
