Previously, Louis Brier staff participated in a study that sought to explore staff reports of outcomes associated with LTRC pandemic management strategies, particularly their impact on LTRC staff mental health, work behaviors and quality of care or service provision. The study titled, “The Impact of Pandemic Management Strategies on Staff Mental Health, Work Behaviours, and Resident Care in One Long-Term Care Facility in British Columbia: A Mixed Method Study” was recently published in the Journal of Long-Term Care.
