Led by a Rehab Assistant or Recreation staff, the Keep Fit class is a 30 minute seated exercise program with a focus on strength and stretching to keep you in good shape and maintain your strength and flexibility.  Hand weights are offered for those that wish to use them.  The music is lively and motivating and it is fun!  The class runs Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

No previous experience is necessary.
